In a way you can call it low carb index, but with the emphasis on how quickly the carbs are taken up and used by your body. The slower the uptake the lower your blood glucose will be, however it will go on for longer.
Below we are only using foods you should consider on a low carb/ ketogenic diet. There is no point in showing bread, pasta and other high carb foods, even if the GI is on the "low" side, but not low enough to ensure a good healthy lifestyle.
